Monday Weigh-In & Weekly Wrap-Up

I put up one pound! I was totally speechless when I saw the number on the scale this morning... WTF!

So what went wrong? I don’t know. Well, I guess I do know, it’s all about food intake.

According to P90X nutrition guide, I should eat 1,800 calories a day. I think it’s too much for me, so I’m going to cut it down to 1,500 ~ 1,600 calories a day.

I will keep pushing play, keep working out hard, and most importantly, watch what I put into my mouth!

Hope next week, I will have better result!
