Let's Bring It!

My husband and I started another round of P90X today. This is our 2nd round since we got this program early this year. I'm now well prepared for the challenge both mentally and physically. I know I'm in a good place emotionally to get fit, therefore I'm confident that I will do much better this time, which means I will have less struggle, and get better results.

Here are my Day-1 pictures & measurements:

  • Heigh - 5'3"
  • Weight - 137.4 lbs
  • Body Fat - 38.4 lbs (28%)
  • Chest - 39.5"
  • Waist - 35"
  • Hips - 36"
  • Butts - 38"
  • R. Arm - 11.5" L. Arm - 11.5"
  • R. Thigh - 21.5" L. Thigh - 22"

Well, these pictures are certainly not pretty, but they are my motivation!

I'm now strong enough mentally to work out hard and change my diet, so I'm expecting to truly transform myself physically in 90 days. I strongly believe that I will get lean and strong, with low body fat and nice muscle tone eventually!

Thanks for visiting! How's P90X going so far? I might try it after this round of ChaLean... I must admit, it sounds really intense and intimidating!
